Hard to believe another year has come and gone! We might say this every year, but 2024 was one of our best years yet. We welcomed over 1,200 Agents and over 460 suppliers to our events across the globe. Let’s take a minute to look back on this year.
Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum
LVTAF is our biggest event and 2024 was no different. With over 1,000 travel professionals in attendance, Las Vegas gave everyone a chance to meet, connect, and learn. Las Vegas is a one-stop-shop for Agents and Suppliers to grow their network and their business. This year's LVTAF was a sell out and received rave reviews from both Travel Suppliers and Agents in attendance. The 2024 conference provided opportunities for Travel Suppliers from around the globe and U.S.-based Travel Advisors to connect through 1:1 appointments, roundtable discussions, educational training seminars and numerous networking events. 2024 has wrapped, but there's still time to register for 2025!
Amazing Destination Experience
Amazing Destination Experience is one of our newer offerings, specifically focused on partnering with destinations & travel brands around the world and connect them with North American Travel Advisors. The events offer destination immersion, cultural experiences and in-depth education. In April a select group of Advisors explored the islands of Hawai'i with Hawaii's tourism boards and in September a group of Advisors explored southern Africa with Ntaba African Safaris.
Romance Travel Forum
We brought Romance to Secrets Playa Blanca in Costa Mujeres, Mexico this year! The 2024 edition once again sold out and featured over 86 Travel Suppliers and 175 Travel Advisors from the romance niche. Travel Advisors and Suppliers participated in one-to-one meetings, accounting for more than 4,000 unique connections. These connections are critical to forming a strong business relationship. Travel Advisors took part in a robust offering of educational destination and product programming plus a series of Peer-to-Peer discussions.
European Travel Agent Forum
Olá Ilha Terceira! Our annual ETAF event took place in the Azores on Terceira Island. The forum brought together over 250 travel agents, industry leaders, and tourism professionals from across Europe to explore the future of travel in a rapidly evolving market. Alongside strong participation from European suppliers, the event also drew in business and technology solution partners from across the globe. In total, representatives from over 20 countries were in attendance. Agents networked with peers and industry leaders, fostering collaborations that will drive innovation and growth within the travel sector. They took part in unique experiences throughout the island to support their destination knowledge. Feedback from participants highlighted the value of the forum in creating connections, generating new ideas, and reinvigorating a drive for success.
Travel Agency Owners Forum
Agency Owners from across the United States gathered in Barbados for networking, collaboration, and a little bit of fun in the sun. This exclusive event brought together a carefully vetted group of high-performing travel agency owners and leading global travel suppliers for one-on-one meetings, educational presentations, and destination immersion experiences. Each aspect of the event is designed to create unique opportunities to strengthen partnerships and discover innovative solutions. Agency Owners learned through curated educational sessions from top suppliers plus took part in owner-focused leadership discussions.
